Bob has spent his career in Technology, retiring from the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) as Director of Information Technology. He served in the US Army 1954 to 1957, and in the US Army Reserve from 1958 to 1962. Now 92 years old, and a resident of the Villages in Florida, the Nation’s largest senior community, Bob is fiercely committed to living independently.
Commissioner, California Commission on Aging
Michael has spent his career in health and human services providing strategic planning and analysis in health policy and reimbursement. He previously served as Executive Director of the California Association of Area Agencies on Aging (C4A), where he helped these organizations provide critical social and healthcare services to seniors across the state. Michael was appointed by California Governor Gavin Newsom to the California Commission on Aging where he currently serves as a Commissioner.

Meda is a retired Licensed Practical Nurse with a deep commitment to providing compassionate care to seniors. Meda began her work with seniors by providing direct care, and later moved into administration and operations for continuing care retirement communities including setting up these operations. Meda is licensed in 5 states.

Val is CEO for CalPACE, California’s Association of Programs of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), where she provides statewide leadership for 40 PACE programs serving over 28,000 seniors annually at 117 PACE Centers and Alternative Care Sites in 28 counties. PACE programs provide a variety of senior care services to help seniors live in their homes. Val previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Program Officer for the California Primary Care Association.

Jason is Clinical professor at Purdue University, and Academic Director for Strategic Partnerships and Community Engagement. He is also an Office of Engagement Fellow where he focuses on clinical and tenure track faculty development in engagement, helping strengthen the university’s commitment to the scholarship of engagement and community impact.

Mohammad is pushing the limits of nano scale LLMs to redefine how AI listens, speaks, and cares, across health, speech, and language. His focus is on creating lightweight, multimodal AI systems that run efficiently on edge devices while achieving human level understanding and emotional intelligence. He previously led on device AI efforts for Google’s Pixel family, helping ship the first multimodal LLM on a mobile device.
