Most privacy policies are written to protect the company. This one is written so you can actually understand it. Where the law requires formal language, we add it, underneath the plain version, never instead of it.
Part one: this website, today
BlueMirror’s service has not launched yet. Right now, the only information we collect is what you choose to send us.
- If you fill out a form, we keep what you typed (your name, your email, and what you told us) so we can reply and, if you joined the waitlist, tell you when we launch. That is the whole use.
- We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with advertisers. Not now, not after launch, not as a “business partner arrangement.” This is a permanent commitment, not a current setting.
- We use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to see which pages people read. We do not track you across the internet, and we do not build advertising profiles.
- You can ask us what we have and ask us to delete it, any time, by writing to us. We will do both, promptly, without a runaround.
Part two: the service, when it launches
BlueMirror is being built for one of the most sensitive jobs there is: helping run an older adult’s health, home, money, and family life. These are the commitments the product is being engineered around. We publish them now so you can hold us to them later.
- Her information belongs to her. The senior being served owns her data, not the family member paying, not us.
- Consent is real and revocable. Every kind of information the service uses is permissioned separately, visibly, and can be withdrawn.
- Compartments, not a pile. Health, money, home, and family information are kept in separate contexts and combined only with permission, so a question about a bill never rummages through medical history.
- The payer does not get a master key. Paying for the subscription never buys access the senior hasn’t granted.
- Everything is auditable. What the service knew, what it did, and why is recorded and reviewable.
- We will meet healthcare-grade obligations where the service touches health information, including for deployments with health plans and care organizations.
When the service launches (planned for the first half of 2027), this page will be replaced by the full service privacy policy, and the commitments above will be in it.
